Cristian joined FRIDAY in 2018, inspired by their bold status of "disruptor" of the Car Insurance Industry. He was tasked to lead a Product team and build an internal Design System. At the same time he worked closely with the Marketing team and further evolved the website and overall branding. During this period he ran a couple Google Design Sprints in order to pin-point and fix UX flaws in the customer conversion process. By the end of the year, together with the two teams he reached and overpassed a major goal in new customer aquisition.
