In 2018, I joined FRIDAY, enticed by their bold stance as a disruptor in the Car Insurance Industry. Tasked with leading a Product team and establishing an internal Design System, I simultaneously collaborated closely with the Marketing team to enhance the website and overall branding. Throughout this tenure, I conducted several Google Design Sprints to identify and rectify UX flaws in the customer conversion process. By the year's end, in collaboration with the two teams, we not only achieved but surpassed a significant milestone in new customer acquisition.

Main design challenge at FRIDAY involved orchestrating a multifaceted transformation, from building an internal Design System and leading a Product team to refining website experiences and branding.
