In 2019, I assumed the role of Lead Product Designer at Groove, enticed by a nimble team determined to forge the premier customer support system. My initial focus involved a strategic overhaul, reconstructing the foundation with an encompassing design system for the main app. Collaborating intimately with Marketing and Product teams, we embarked on an extensive rebranding journey, striving to find a unique branding language and tone that would set us apart in the market. Our collaborative efforts with Marketing extended beyond aesthetics, addressing their needs to successfully market the product and attract a larger audience.

The pivotal design challenge at Groove was the comprehensive rebranding effort aimed at establishing a unique identity in a competitive market. The task involved not only revamping the product's foundation with a meticulous design system but also collaborating closely with Marketing to address their specific needs.
Striking the right balance between a distinctive brand language and addressing marketing objectives has proven to be instrumental in positioning Groove as a standout player in the customer support system industry after two and a half years of dedicated design evolution.
